A classic Cantonese dim-sum dish made with slow roasted Char-Siu pork neck, hand made and wrapped in a stoneground flour bao.

Heating Instructions
Steam for 15 minutes within a bamboo/electric steamer at high heat.
This dish is pre-cooked, keep frozen
